About Us!

Woodstove Warehouse started in 1987 when owners Scott and Jewel Forrest seen a need for a more complete wood stove store in the local area. Both had worked at the Longview Fireplace Shop for years, which at that time was the oldest and largest in Cowlitz County until its closing in 1985. They took over the building formally home to "The Branding Iron Restaurant", a well known steak house and bar. At the time, only wood stoves were sold. Over the next 25 years, pellet stoves, gas stoves and electric stoves were added, along with a long list of other items. On our 25th anniversary, we were again ready for change. The Kelso realignment project was going to take what little parking we had left away so we were forced to move. With many 15 hour days from family and employees, we opened at our new location on September 2012 at 620 Oregon Way in Longview. We expanded our showroom space and the products we sell along with adding Cal Spas and Clearwater Spas, and Green Mountain Pellet Grills to our lineup. The team at Woodstove Warehouse works hard to give you the proper advice needed to make your hearth projects go smoothly.
